First thought…. mob trying to get a piece of his success and he refused. He was a shining example of what a brilliant young mind can accomplish. And, his mother …. What a beautiful example to ALL women. May God comfort and carry her through this nightmare.

Always heartbreaking in any circumstance. One of the greatest things one can get for a lifetime of opportunity and ability to thrive is having a great teacher, someone who inspires, encourages you to dream big, follow your dreams, and teaches you the fundamentals and principles that build the baseline of competency in any given area. Then when a teacher imparts that ultimate gift to somebody with the drive, smarts, ambition, and persistence to follow through and become that entrepreneur with an early success at a very young age, that's testimony to both the power of Devin's business teacher at S. Aug and to him, to execute in the way it takes to get a new business off the ground and then grow it into a national brand. That's what makes this all the sadder for all involved, Devin's mom & family, his St Aug teacher, his business partner. To have that kind of life extinguished at such a young age is even more hard to bear.
As a side note, I am very impressed by Devin's business partner as well, for having the courage of his convictions, especially at a time of grieving like this, to say NO to the cameras and media. I hope he, and Devin's family, get the loss counseling resources they need. This kind of tragedy has the capacity to either push his partner on to further heights, in fulfillment of Devin's mission, and at the same time it can overcome one in a way that can derail.

It's not what you think…….

He was not murdered by some jealous thug. This goes much bigger than that. This was a professional hit. I think his two "friends" know something.

When I finish my research I'll post more.

Story doesn't add up, the business partner need to be investigated further. I think he wanted the whole business for himself.
