This video is out of focus, very bad quality. I notice that your videos is going down hill. quality and content does not match that of a few months ago. At this rate your channel will not last. Please can we have the old Pitmaster X back.

I love when being in a nice restaurant and the sommelier ( or by all means the Cook) comes and talk about the Products they are serving. The Food/ drink would probably be just as good served on a paper plate/ cup, but it ads SO MUCH when you have all that "theater".

Fakk, I'm taking credit for this episode! All my nagging and railing that Roel isn't a real bbqmeister because he doesn't drink on the job has finally had an effect – and all positive, too!!! w0000000t!!! Hopefully many beers were killed in the making of this video. Hell, I'm even going to pretend Roel said kecap manis just so I can get a shot in as well. Good work my young brother. 🍺 🦅 👍 Long may beer be a strong and prominent part of your shows. ziggah zaggah ziggah zaggah hoy hoy hoy!

You just don't "Pair" Anything with BBQ! Dude, you've got all the symptoms of the new Gillette-Man Syndrome! You "Grab" a Beer my man! Preferably out of someone elses cooler! And beggers can't be choosers now can they? This Euro-fiddling & Globalization of BBQ is a crime against freedom loving people everywhere! Go pair your socks with your shirt, your pillows with your drapes, your man-bag with your driving gloves, but ya' just don't sissify BBQ! When a real man tells you his meaning of rare steak is Just knock the horns off, wipe it's ass, and bring it out here boy, you'll wet your panties before you recommend "The Perfect Paring" to enhance his dining experience. Just Grab him a beer!

Lagers are the best 🍺 but I like a Ipa sometimes but it's over rated also I like a stout occasionally and a light beer if doing yard work less alcohol and more close to water in this case I would go with a Boston Lager or a Stout .

this is one of your best yet.i tell people here in California that great BBQ is like craft beer, and the swill that people see on sports event commercials or junk bars is like a McRib or boiled ribs,or the "BBQ" beef or pork in plastic tubs at the supermarket.Sadly many miss that, and so they eat high quality BBQ,but drink low quality swill. It is good that there are more and more channels showcasing both BBQ and real or craft beer. One day it will be just beer again when people learn whats up.Thanks for this attempt to illuminate people a bit more on how well real beer works with real BBQ or any cooking really.Look forward to your next video.
