How to make Limoncello, homemade alcoholic drink

Hello, dear subscribers and viewers of my channel! Today I’m preparing a very popular in Italy liqueur limoncello! I saw many recipes of this liquor on youtube and I couldn’t miss a chance to taste it. A classic recipe of limoncello includes: infusing of lemon peel on alcohol or vodka stretching it with sugar liquor. You need to wash the lemons and pour them over with hot water if they aren’t of your own growing You need to peel it but only a thin yellow part without the white rind. I’ve accurately peeled the lemons So, here we have our fine peel I made fine peel for better extraction. And now let’s fill the jar up with all this stuff. and pour out 96% alcohol into this jar It’s 250 Ml I’ll let would-be liqueur infuse in the dark and warm place for 7 days shaking it everyday. 7 days later I filter the infusion through the gauze, The smell is awesome… Now I mix the infusion with sugar liquor which is made from 175 g of sugar and 450 Ml of water. I changed the jar coz that’s too small Then I let it infuse for about 5 days, then filter it and test. After 4 days limoncello has been infused I won’t filter it coz of filtering it very good before I’ll put it into the fridge and test it. Let’s test italian liqueur limoncello, How to drink limoncello? It must be chilled and poured out into such ice-glazed glass, which was in the freezer It has very rich aroma then I spin it counterclockwise sniff the aroma take a sip and breathe out nasally hmm…Yum yum! For me as for a fan of citrus… it’s…mmm… awesome liqueur! Just awesome! heh…cold glass.. I also heard, that some people pour the ice cream with limoncello. So let’s do it! Mmmm… Let’s taste! Super! alcohol makes it spicy, lemon – balmy and ice cream is tasty by itself…mm…Cool! The liqueur is just awesome! It’s very easy to make! U can use vodka instead of alcohol… bottle of vodka…5-6 lemons… 5-6 days of infusing…then filtering and adding of sugar liquor and ready. Shout-out to Italians for liqueur! Its good isnt it. I make mine  when I have a batch of wine that  isnt to my liking. I just stripped one gallon at 75% ABV that I am stepping right now, I will bottle as christmas presants. I really injoy your productions

I usually make a batch every year for christmas and it comes out excellent. I use everclear to steep the peel.
