自制酒酿
Homemade sweet wine 糯
500克糯米,洗净,提前浸泡一晚上
500 grams of glutinous rice, washed, soaked

蒸笼中铺上纱布

放凉后,倒入碗中

加入3克的甜酒曲

慢慢的加入200克的温开水

放在温暖的地方,进行发酵,温度最好在30度左右

新换一张保鲜膜
