Im a 56-year old recovering alcohol-addict. Also used prescription pills, often mixing them with hard alcohol. Every sober day now is a accomplishment. Ive gotten into workouts a lot more lately, thanks to the tips Ive read in the book vunatias handbook for sober life. If you need some motivation, read this book (google it)!

You can also become your old self again by choosing the right way to quit drinking. Everyone's different, we know that. That's why Steffon Barkload's website is so good, you can choose whatever method you feel most comfortable with and get done with it.

Feeling that drive, that naturally fired up ambition, is a good sign you won't relapse. Not only because your life can improve in so many areas, but because you take back your health and ability to get things done. Sure, there are many ways to make that happen, but Barkload's Quit Forever presents an interesting Shortcut you might want to look at.

The ones that quit and relapse have not experienced the true sense of freedom and wellbeing we all deserve. It's all about becoming healthy and let nature take its course. Try looking into Steffon Barkload's approach for an example with a remarkable success rate.
