Would constant exposure to alcohol based hand sanitizers (used in hospitals by nursing and medical staff) also present a risk? If absorption through the mucous membranes poses a risk then the same must be said for skin exposure.

Skin is not mucus, and the carcinogen from alcohol is caused through contact with saliva. I would suspect that there's no risk.

I eat a plant-based diet and don't drink, but I do use certain items, like vanilla extract and vinegar, that contain alcohol. I wonder if that's enough to increase my cancer risk.

Why even care to make a video? Alkohol is bad, everyone knows that. Drink at your own risk. Cancer patients should NOT drink AT ALL.

Too many people make their living from wine. It is what happen here in Spain, you can not say a word against olive oil or wine because the huge economical implications. Sad

Everyone knows? That's certainly not true, which everyone should know. I hear all the time how a glass of red wine a day is great for cardiovascular health, for example. So…. yea.

Yeah, Wine is bullshit, people will be whining because they got cancer from an acidic diet. Enjoy the sulphites and formaldehyde thats what I tell people. I use tea tree mouthwash and tea tree toothpaste. Works great.

So.. a good diet is the way to go. I agree. Now, how about those studies of toxins used to grow vegetables? How about those companies that claim to provide organic foods but are actually not? How about GM Vegetables with toxins built in? Sounds rather criminal to me.

Nice work I hope you do more videos on addressing the stupidity of a high-meat high-fat low carb diet (aka paleo).

Speaking of antioxidants, fruits and vegetables do have them in them, but it has been found that the ratio of these antioxidants is so low that the benefits are almost null. Today there are other sources of antioxidants that have a much greater impact on our bodies. search "Protandim in the news" on YouTube and you will see a video uploaded by FilmFlorida that has a news clip that shows our advances in the area of antioxidants over the last few years. I just thought you may be interested.

People dont want to do want makes the most common sense, they want to do what is popular, despite the risk, then they complain! DUH!!! I use a Nutribullet to make my green drinks instead of eating greens, TEN times easier, TEN times the nutrient availability to the body; TEN times faster for cleanup than a juicer or blender, the most important machine in my kitchen!

where there any researches on breast cancer linked to alcohol on women who are on a plant based diet? from what i understand the consumption of animal products is cancer causing, so if taken in context of eliminating other risk factors for cancer, and then making a study on alcohol, does it change the risks?
