A Glass of Red Wine a Day?

– One of the rules on
the Code Red lifestyle when losing weight is
absolutely no alcohol. Not even the one to
two glasses of red wine that is recommended by
the health professionals. It’s a hard rule. And ain’t nobody getting out of the rules. If you want to sneak
in a glass of red wine here or there, understand that you risk setting yourself back each and every time. It’s one or the other, and

Lifestyle Guide in the link below. What people need to understand is alcohol is metabolized in the liver, and your liver can’t
metabolize a lot at once, it can only store and
metabolize a certain amount. And remember, everything
goes through the liver. The liver is like the customs agent, everything goes through the liver. You’re overloading your liver when you are drinking alcohol. Especially, nobody ever has the four ounce recommendation
for a woman every day. Nobody ever has four ounces, they’re having at least five ounces, and they’re having three glasses. Let’s be honest here. So, you’re overloading your liver, most people are drinking late at night, then they go to sleep. Your body already has to
detox during the night, and your liver detoxes
between one and three a.m. So you’re just causing it to have to do more, and more, and more work. Also, alcohol, it wreaks
havoc on your hormones. It becomes, it causes you
to become estrogen dominant. So you’re just making
the whole situation worse if you consume alcohol
during your weight loss. So, really do yourself a favor, stay away from it, let’s
get this weight off, and then I can teach you
later on down the road how to consume a very small amount of the right kind of alcohol
once you’re at weight loss. So people think that there are certain types of alcohol
that are just fine to drink, but that is bologna. Guys you gotta remember that alcohol is metabolized in the liver. So, the sugars that are in the alcohol, they’re gonna have to
go through the process, the metabolic process to be broken down. They’re gonna be stored. They’re gonna wreak
havoc on your hormones. You need to understand the process and that is not helping your
situation of weight loss when you are consuming alcohol. There maybe research out there that tells you a glass of red wine won’t affect your weight loss. But, throughout my experience of writing thousands of nutrition plans and monitoring my clients weight loss, I’ve found that alcohol is one of the biggest culprits in stalling
your weight loss in most people including that glass of red wine. So, you can either risk it, or give it up all together and get to your ultimate goal. If you want to keep risking
your weight loss success, and telling yourself that you need that glass of wine or that
bowl of sugary snacks, whatever it is, I can’t help you. But if you’re ready to knock
